That’s true! BullDog wishes everyone A Very Merry Guinness! Still confused? I was referring to BullDog at Sri Hartamas, in fact a pub and cafe that is one of the participating outlets for the MERRY GUINNESS® campaign this year. With the tagline of “Merry Guinness. Share the Magic this Christmas!” Merry Guinness is a nationwide campaign, which will be held all throughout the festive month of December.

We were there last Friday, a wet Friday in fact! After braving through the crazy Friday traffic, Saucer and I finally reached there just in time for dinner! I also saw this amazing band performing cheery Christmas songs that put us all in the mood for Christmas and of course, Guinness!

There was a mini buffet spread at the entrance of Bulldog, where patrons were welcome to feast as much as they wanted. Food was refilled all the time! No empty trays noticed the whole night long, and the most delicious item would be the freshly fried chicken wings.

Of course, what’s a Merry Guinness event without Guinness right? During this year end campaign, you could purchase a glass of Guinness with coupons purchased at various outlets for as low as only RM5 each! Where else can you get a glass of Guinness for only RM5?

Just look at the crowd at Bulldog! The festive season was really happening there! I admit I’m not really party person but the Christmas songs really got me in the mood.

In between our meals and songs, there was entertainment by a magician who went around tables performing tricks! I think his name was Sam, and he performed the fork trick as well as the rubber band trick to keep us entertained!

To make my night even better, I met with new people and made new friends! It’s really amazing how an event like this could spark friendships, perhaps for life?

Saucer and Seet – check out his tomato red face!
It’s apparent that Saucer had a little too much to drink eh? *LOL* OK fine, he’s just the type that gets red very easily, even after 1 glass! But I think it’s cute! Note to Saucer: That’s not an excuse to drink more
Oh and we met with this Taiwanese girl called Tako (Saucer remembered her name as Tako ball
) who’s interning with a company in KL. She’ll be returning to Taiwan soon and we have taken her contact to look for her when we visit Taiwan next year! How awesome!

Saucer and Tako – doesn’t she look a little like A-Mei?

Halfway through the event, guess who I met? None other than KY from KYspeaks! He was obviously enjoying his Guinness too, judging from his wide smiles and chirpy mood! Hehe.. Saucer seemed to click with him instantly, talking about cameras and stuffs *boring*

Last but not least, a picture with dear Saucer!
