Happy Monday everybody! I love this week because it’s a 3-day work-week! Raya is coming up really soon and for the final few days of Ramadhan, shall we look at one more dining option? Situated at the heart of KL, Flamingo Hotel‘s biggest advantage is its location just by the beautiful lake. During the Ramadhan month, their in-house eatery, Mewah Restaurant, is having a dinner buffet promotion with 99 dishes! Check out some of the dishes on their buffet spread.

I wonder why, most of the time I have Ramadhan buffets, I’d go for the satay first! They’re usually the first to be cleared from the buffet table and they seldom go wrong with me. Chicken satay is my favourite!

Interestingly, there’s also a station for Char Kuey Teow. The aroma was quick to be recognized! I couldn’t resist from getting a plate of it myself.

After all those meaty dishes, it was time to end the meal with a sweet touch. The desserts are aplenty and with a multitude of colours.

Dining by the lake is truly an experience to remember. Try to make a reservation or arrive earlier to get the nice table with a lake view.

The Buka Puasa spread definitely delivered 99 dishes (if not more), true to its promise. My small stomach could handle probably 30-40% of the spread. Perhaps you could do better? *LOL* The buffet dinner costs RM65nett/person for adults and RM35nett/person for children.
